Mini-wave cell MW500


Designed to the needs of the assembly industry, such as automotive, electronics/electro-technical, household appliances, medical, and telecommunications, the selective mini-wave soldering cell MW500 is controlled by an industrial PC, allowing the automation of selective point-to-point or linear soldering operations. This enables micro-soldering tasks to be carried out rapidly with the optimal quality and repeatability. Based on 4 fully programmable numerical axes, the parts are carried above the various defined elements in the process. Each soldered point can be independently adjusted by way of various parameters ensuring complete wetting and reflow. An additional tilt axis inclines the application (7-10°) when required.

In order to avoid production interruptions during manual loading or unloading, a staging area with a tray loading system or rotary table is available. Thanks to its modular concept, this cell can be easily integrated into automatic lines with conveyors, giving you the ultimate in functionality and flexibility.
